Work description
Southampton City Council wishes to appoint a specialist roofing contractor to replace 3 No copper flat roof coverings to the Guildhall Block and the main pitched roof covering above the Civic Centre Art Gallery (together with all associated works); all as more specifically detailed within the Service Specification / Schedule of Works and supporting contract documents.
