The contract will be let in 4 lots: Lot 1 - Freshly prepared pre-packaged sandwiches for Contract Catering \(Schools\) Lot 2 - Freshly prepared pre-packaged sandwiches for Contract Catering \(Adult Social Care\) Lot 3 - Freshly prepared pre-packaged high quality sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta pots suitable for commercial retail re-sale \(Commercial Units\) Lot 3a - Other grab and go savoury items suitable for commercial retail re-sale \(Commercial Units\)\. The initial contract period is 3 years, with up to 1 x 12 month extension option available\.
