Ware Street Day Opportunities

The Service, which is based at the Resource Centre, 5 Ware Street, Tilery, Stockton-on-Tees, TS20 2BA, is aimed at people who are residents in Stockton Borough with Autism and whom may also have a Learning Disability and or who may also have other complex needs. The service must be delivered in both the building base and in the community.

The service will promote and develop service users' independent living skills, provide service users with opportunities to try new things, engage in meaningful activities and explore new interests, give service users the support and opportunity to learn and/or improve upon skills and hobbies, to be an active part of the community, including by making use of existing mainstream assets and activities in the community.
