Website Accessibility Audit Brief - AWARD

Historic England is seeking a qualified agency to conduct a comprehensive web accessibility audit of our website, historicengland.org.uk. The goal is to ensure our site complies with accessibility standards, primarily WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and is usable and accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

Historic England expects the audit to provide information about where its website meets the required accessibility standard, as laid out in the guidelines and where it falls short. The resulting report should be clear and actionable (ideally with prioritised tasks), so that it can inform Historic England's ongoing development roadmap and website accessibility statement.
