Provision of support services at the Ark data Centres to include: Access to Vysiion's 24\*7 service desk, Annual IT Health Check, Vulnerability Scanning, DR Service, Renewal of the Annual Software Service Licences and renewal the Annual Hardware Support Services\. Datacentre Management capabilities to sup- port the HRA's DC Operations team in fulfilling incident resolution and service requests\.
