## Description

Commissioners are seeking the delivery of a Young Carers Support Service that supports young carers from 5 to 25 including those who are transitioning into adulthood\. The Young Carers model has been developed by Commissioning with a view to it meeting the City of Wolverhampton's strategic outcomes\. The contract is for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further year\. The contract is to be delivered city-wide\. The opportunity will also be available for use by the Council's delivery organisations such as trading companies, joint ventures and arms-length organisations and other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority, including but not limited to, University of Wolverhampton and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust\.
