Ynysarwed Asset Condition Survey

Deliverables from this requirement will be to conduct an assets condition survey for the existing mine water treatment plant at; Neath Road, Resolven, Neath, SA11 4DF - known as Ynysarwed. Grid Ref: SN 8040 0110 and SN8050 01210 We seek the provision of itemised asset condition information i.e.: structural, mechanical, electrical, etc. including actual asset age, expected asset life and a judgement on the probable remaining life of the asset. The report is to highlight the risk and cost associated with options below 1. Decommissioning of the existing plant. 2. Refurbishment and rebuild of High Density Sludge scheme.
