Tenders are sought for the cleaning of the public conveniences in Helston for the financial years 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20. The successful contractor will automatically be offered a new contract in April 2018 and April 2019 provided the previous year's contract was carried out satisfactorily. Documents supplied are:- • Specification for cleaning of public conveniences • Public Convenience Details • Location maps • Tender Return document Please note that the tender includes the opening and closing of the public conveniences on a daily basis. Please return your submission on the document tender Form in an envelope marked 'PUBLIC CONVENIENCE TENDER' by noon on Monday 16th January 2017 to The Town Clerk, Helston Town Council, The Guildhall, Helston, Cornwall, TR13 8ST. The Town Council will award the contract at its meeting on 26th January 2017.
