Surface Extension Treatment or Rejuvenation of the A39 between Carland Cross and Newquay Road Truro

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for Surface Extension Treatment (SET) or Rejuvenation of the A39 between Carland Cross Roundabout on the A30 and the Roundabout at the top of Newquay Road, Truro under an NEC3 Contract. The SET treatment is to be carried out between edge lines and will not include the roundabouts themselves. • Treatment to be carried out between carriageway edge lines and excluding any turning lanes. • An agreed area to be left as a control area • Tenderers to State what level of Guarantee they are willing to provide on the treated areas. Tenderers are to provide a cost for each treatment type they deem suitable and provide evidence of why they believe this treatment to be best suited. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tender based on 80% Commercial, 20% Quality criteria.
