Description

This Scheme will cover the Surface Dressing of highways on: • Bolton Road, Edgworth; • Bury Road, Edgworth; • East Park Road, Blackburn; • Heys Lane, Blackburn; • Livesey Branch Road, Blackburn; • Long Lane, Blackburn; • Shadsworth Road; Blackburn; • Stones Bank Road; West Pennine And will encompass the following works: • Acting as Principal Contractor; • Traffic Management; • Pre-Patching; • Road Stud Removal; • Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork; • Application of Surface Dressing or approved material; • Replacement of road markings; • Replacement of Road Studs; • Liaison with stakeholders and the public;
