## Description

Thank you for agreeing to take part in our preliminary market engagement exercise\. We greatly value your interest in this project and appreciate the efforts that you are undertaking to be part of the process\. Oldham Council is embarking on a cultural, arts and heritage capital programme in Oldham Town Centre in order to deliver on the Council's intentions for the capital developments incorporated into the Cultural Quarter capital programme\. The Council is looking to procure a construction partner to work collaboratively and drive innovation to deliver the first phase of these exciting new facilities\. In preparation for the transition from completion of the design details into main contractor procurement for Oldham Museum and Archive, the Council wishes to engage with suppliers for the purposes of soft market testing in order to be better informed to help us shape our proposal for a potential formal tendering process\. Additional information: The Council invites interested parties to complete the early engagement questionnaire available on the Councils e-tendering portal - https://procontract\.due-north\.com under reference DN369394\. All completed questionnaires must be completed and uploaded to the portal no later than 7th December 2018 @ 12pm\.
