Local Partnerships Support to the IPA Liverpool CC PFI Review - Contract Variation No 2

Description

The Cabinet Office has varied the original contract with Local Partnerships to provide support to the Liverpool CC PFI Review. The original contract was placed with Local Partnerships on 18 December 2020 without competition under provisions of Regulation 12 of PCR 2015. There has since been a need to retrospectively modify the contract to provide for additional services which were not included in the original contract - this is the second of such variations.
