## Description

The Council is seeking proposals for one lead Service Provider to act as its delivery partner during the Contract term, to use available literature and the Service Provider's own analysis to produce public facing written documents \(Products\)\. The end aim is that Transport for East Midlands \(TfEM\) will use and refer to the documents produced for targeted communications on transport priorities with Government, Local Political Representatives, Industry Leaders and Local Stakeholders\.
