Multifunctional Print Devices and Associated Software and Services

Description

Direct call off from the Crown Commercial Service RM6361 Multifunctional Devices, GovPrint Hardware, Managed Print Provision and Digital Framework. It is the leasing of Multifunctional Devices (MFD); their maintenance (including all replacement parts) and supply of any consumables required for their operation, for example, toners and staples; on-going operational 'uptime'; any appropriate 'follow me print' software; and the provision of a reliable and flexible multifunctional facility throughout Vico that is at the core of this contract.
