## Description

Further to your submission of a bid for the above Procurement, on behalf of The Department for Transport \(the "Authority"\), I am pleased to inform you that your bid ranked 1 st in our evaluation and therefore we would like to award the contract to you\. The attached appendix provides detailed feedback on your submission\. The call-off contract shall commence on 1 st July 2022 and will expire on 30th June 2024 for a period of two years with the option to extend by one year and a further one year \(2\+1\+1\)\. The total contract value shall be £4,000,000\. excluding VAT\. The contract value has been extended by an additional £2,000,000\.00 excluding VAT and the total contract value is now up to £6,000,000\.00 excluding VAT\.
