Landscape Character Assessment This commission seeks to revisit and update the findings from the previous Landscape Character Assessments \(LCA\)/appraisals undertaken within the preceding authority areas of Mendip, Sedgemoor, South Somerset, Taunton Deane and West Somerset and use this to form a basis for a project assessing the landscape character to an equal and comparable level through Somerset\.
