Work description
Wolverhampton CCG wishes to procure a Community Dermatology Service.
The Contract will commence on the 01st December 2019 and will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the CCG. The 3 year anticipated value is £4,400,000.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FINANCIAL THRESHOLD - NO BIDS OVER £6,906,000 OVER 5 YEARS (FULL TERM INCLUDING EXTENSION) WILL BE ACCEPTED - ANY BIDS EXCEEDING £6,906,100 (FULL TERM INCLUDING EXTENSION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
