## Description

The Council is seeking to appoint an Architect-led Multi-Disciplinary team to undertake Stages 2-6 of this project to design the remodelling of the Buxton House residential high-rise block in Huddersfield Town Centre\. The Commission will include break clauses at end of Stage 2 \(Feasibility\) and also at the end of Stage 4 \(Post Tender\), in accordance with the terms of the Council's 'KMCPRP-161 - Framework Agreement for the Provision of Professional Consultancy Services' agreement\.
