## Description

The contract for the Catering Facilities in Brompton Cemetery shall run from 1st April 2022 for a period of five years on a fully commercial concession basis wherein the appointed caterer shall pay a Fixed Concession Sum of £12,000 per annum to The Royal Parks \(TRP\) plus 10% of Net Sales over the tendered Threshold\. Please note that the estimated contract value provided below is an estimate of total turnover over the contract period\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
