008/2019 On-line Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

The University is looking for a provider of an online CBT system to students. We wish to extend the range and scope of our "wellbeing" offer, ensuring students can access Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The service must be provided by qualified Therapists who are accredited with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies. CBT is our chosen solution as we feel it fits with an Higher Education model, i.e. whereby students learn thinking skills to help with their emotional regulation." The service must support a diverse range of students ( including international) and provide flexibility in the method of delivery.
