P4104025 - Provision of Legal Advisers in relation to property law aspects of the proposals for a new Northwest Runway at Heathrow

I am pleased to inform you that DLA Piper UK LLP has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers in relation to property law aspects of the proposals for a new Northwest Runway at Heathrow and therefore we would like to award the contract to your organisation.

The call-off contract shall commence on the 31st July 2022 and the expiry date will be 30th July 2023 for a period of 12 months. The contract value will be up to £50,000 excluding VAT.

This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM 6179 Legal Services Panel (Lot 1) Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions.
