GB-Leeds: Lifts Modernisation

Description

The Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds, is inviting to tender for a programme of modernisation to the visitor lifts. The project will carry out works to each of the 4 scenic visitor lifts in turn and require 3 phases of work: Phase 1 - Hoisting Unit Overhaul & Suspension Ropes Phase 2 - Motor Room, lift car, lift shaft and landings Phase 3 - Door Operator and Door Furniture Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
