The new Framework will comprise three Lots: Lot 1 Fabric; Lot 2 Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing; Lot 3 Design and Build. Successful companies will secure a place on the Frameworks, so that they can tender for annual packages of works over the next 5 years.
