Provision of a programme manager for the delivery of air source heat pumps in north yorkshire including an assignment of rights provider

North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC) would like to commission a provider to enable us to deliver 200 first time air source heat pump (ASHP) central heating/hot water systems to a range of property types and sizes including bungalows, flats and houses within the rural areas of North Yorkshire.
