Reinstatement Works at IAMP 6

Description

Reinstatement of Nightingale field hospital and vaccination centre back to advanced manufacturing space. The works include but are not limited to the following: • Removal of all installed engineering services serving the field hospital (gas pipework/heaters, ventilation units/ductwork, medical gas pipework etc) • Widespread repairs to concrete floors in warehouse • Remove dirty utility rooms • Removal of underground drainage installation • Removal of hardstanding's, fencing, barriers etc • Removal of all partitions forming wards, lobbies, corridors etc • Reinstatement of office areas back to original configuration. • All making good and statutory certifications • Repairs internally and externally Additional information: Below threshold works - restricted quote process
