The Council, on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership \(LEP\) is seeking a Supplier to carry out market research to inform the development of the North East Automotive Strategy\. Two separate yet interrelated reports will be commissioned: 1\. Focusing on On Vehicle Technology 2\. Focusing on Manufacturing & Process Innovation This Invitation to Quote relates to Manufacturing & Process Innovation only\. The maximum budget available for this commission is £7,500 exc VAT\. Both reports will combine to inform the direction of the North East Innovation Strategy which will provide a framework through which all stakeholders will work to improive the competitive position of the North East region and its economic prosperity\.
