GB-Lowestoft: Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth Enterprise Zones Development and Investment Strategy

Waveney District Council and Great Yarmouth Borough Council is seeking to appoint consultants to provide specialist commercial property, development advice and to prepare a set of integrated, realistic and viable Development Plans for each of the 6 Enterprise Zone sites in the Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. These Development Plans will form the context for prioritising investment and where appropriate support a business case for increased borrowing through the business rates retention funding stream (known as POT B). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
