Contract Award Notice for the provision of a Mystery Shopping service, which provides mystery shopping of community engagement activities delivered by both HS2 Ltd and its Contractors. The service will provide assessment of the delivery of community engagement activities and interactions of HS2 Ltd and contractor staff with members of the public, and will provide analysis to help improve engagement. This contract was awarded under Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Research and Insights Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6126).
