## Description

This software is required by architects, engineers and construction professionals within many different services across the council \(Transportation, Housing, PHP, Environment\) for precise 2D and 3D drafting\. This software incurs annual subscription costs for its licences, including AutoCAD, Vehicle tracking and AutoCAD light, which are recharged to the relevant users service unit\.
