## Description

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust \(COCH\) has a requirement for a non-emergency patient transport service to predominantly cover: Chester, Wirral, North Wales \(including border with Chester, i\.e\. Queensferry, Shotton etc\.\)\. There will also be an ad-hoc requirement to provide out of area patient transport as well as occasional bariatric patient transport\. The awarded contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years in 12 month increments,
