Description
Fair4All Finance is teaming up with Toynbee Hall and Fair By Design to deliver a No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) proof of concept in autumn 2021. The objective of the proof of concept (POC) is to test whether there is a sustainable way to deliver a NILS, and whether the social impact and positive customer outcomes associated with a customer having access to a NILS versus no loan, a high-cost loan or going without outweigh the costs of the required subsidy. We are seeking a delivery partner that can work with the NILS project team (Fair4All Finance, Fair By Design, and Toynbee Hall - see Appendix 1 for more info on each organisation) to implement the proof of concept NILS product quickly, and then work in an agile and collaborative way to test the product, feed back learnings and implement changes to the loan process as required . Full information is available from the Fair4All Finance website, under tender opportunities or click on the links contained within this notice. You will need to respond by clicking on the Response Document link on the website. Additional information: For organisations that have not already been through Fair4All Finance's due diligence process as part of the scale up or Covid grant programmes, you will be required to go through an assessment. You will find a document on the website, please refer to Appendix 4 in the quote request and download the financial information template to complete.
