ETL of ESAS seabird sightings data

Description

JNCC holds both the current international European Seabirds at Sea (ESAS) database in the form of a Microsoft Access database and additional UK data awaiting ingestion into the primary database, held in the form of legacy Paradox database tables. JNCC is looking for the data awaiting ingestion to be transformed and loaded into the primary database, and the database to be subsequently transformed into the new upcoming ESAS schema, which will be used from this point forward.
