## Description

UK Export Finance requires training to be provided to staff to improve the use of the Electronic Case Management System \(ECMS\), Email Handling Tools and SharePoint\. There is provision for specialist training, set up of an online web portal to help embed learning post-course, as well as a call-off for additional training days as and when needed\.
