GB-Milton Keynes: EWR Co Scheme Development Phase - Commercial Partner

The Commercial Partner will provide all commercial, cost management, procurement, quantity surveying and project finance support to EWR Co and will also work with EWR Co. to provide contract administration for scheme development phase partner contracts and other contracts. The Commercial Partner will develop scheme cost estimates and provide cost planning and estimating support to the Technical Partner as alignment options are developed and assessed. The Commercial Partner will also work with EWR Co to develop and implement the procurement strategy for the construction phase of the programme.
