Collaborate Essex: Delivering a model for collaboration with Adults with an experience of disability

To procure a provider/s to help develop and facilitate the new model for engaging with adults with experience of disability (Collaborate Essex) via a competitive tender process.

The tender will be in two separate Lots, and bidders can bid for one or two Lots.
