## Description

After successful piloting South Gloucestershire Council are now commencing a migration from a Cisco telephony system to Skype for Business\. This will involve the replacement of approximately 2500 phone handsets with a headset for all users\. User requirements gathering is underway with the first migrations starting shortly\. The Council plan to complete this exercise by the summer of 2019\.
