Provision of Repairs & Maintenance of Alley gates

Repairs & Maintenance Annual contract of alley gate maintenance and repair requests such as: All Minor repairs (for example and not limited to) lock changes, replacement of shoot bolts, fitting of valley to receive shoot bolts etc must be completed within 3 working days. All Major repairs (for example but not limited to) significant changes to the scheme, such as repairing gates damaged by vehicles, resetting of posts, replacement/repair of damaged fencing etc must be completed within 6 weeks.

Maintenance of gates, mechanisms, locks, and the supply of replacement keys, upon request from the Council, in accordance with the agreed repairs/maintenance/replacement keys costs schedule, and the response time periods stated.
