Water Quality Phase 3 Works

Description

This project seeks to improve the water quality in specific areas of the podium at risk of legionella and other water quality issues due to aging galvanized pipework breaking down due to age. The creation of a new riser from the roof top water tanks, connection of the riser to the newly installed pipework and then to connect this to the podium existing system. Internally, targeted areas (as identified by the THH Water Quality Manager) will benefit from the replacement of old galvanised pipework with copper and the removal of dead legs. This is the third phase of previous works to install new water supply infrastructure into the podium and enable connections of this network to existing podium pipework.
