Revenues paperless billing solution

Tewkesbury Borough Council is looking to provide a paperless billing solution for the issuing of the council tax and business rates bills on a daily and annual basis. The council is tendering for the supply of software/ functionality to enable us to provide this facility to our council tax and business rates customers. The Revenues section has specific outcomes that must be met.
