Enhancing General Skills - Human Factors

The development of a core educational offer which will provide longitudinal learning across the system, aligned to key generalist skill needs. This will be delivered via a flexible learning programme, which will be developed in collaboration with the national team and subject matter experts, stakeholder groups and regional trailblazers. One core component of the educational offer is Human factors.
