Management Development Programme

To provide a management development programme for up to 15 senior managers consisting of 6 full business day learning sessions plus 6 one to one coaching sessions (each session being one hour) delivered over a six month period at monthly intervals. The programme aims to provoke delegates to reflect on their own performance as a manager in the workplace and set themselves clear goals that seek to improve the way they manage and lead their team in line with the Council's competency framework.
