## Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council \(“Southend Council”\) is looking to appoint a provider to support the delivery and review of the existing commissioned 0-5 service and the Integrated Sexual Health service\. The contract will be in place from 12th September 2016\. The value of this contract for will be up to £30,000 and the contract will run until 31/03/17\. To allow information to be circulated in time, the deadline for receiving clarification questions is 17:00hrs on Friday 26th August 2016\. The quotation return date is 17:00hrs on Friday 2nd September 2016\.
