GB-London: Further Competition via CHL's Civil & Structural Engineers Framework for Blackbird Leys

Catalyst Housing conducted a further competition under the CHL Civil & Structural Engineers Framework to appoint a civil & structural engineer for the regeneration of two sites at the District Centre and Knights Road at Blackbird Leys, Oxford.
