## Description

The Employee Engagement team require a provider to undertake deliver and advise on Employee Engagement activities to feed into, shape and direct the overarching Employee Engagement Strategy, but also inform the Employee Value Proposition, for a 4-year period\. The required service are as follows: \* Design of Pulse surveys \* Delivery & distribution of surveys \* Analytics of survey results \* Consultancy \(People and Behavioural Sciences\) to support analytics of surveys \* Consultancy - to provide support and insights into production of the Engagement Strategy and Employee Value proposition\. \* Software/Portal to provide a dashboard summary
