## Description

The University has a requirement to provide additional backup services for it's data\. Proact are currently contracted to provide hardware and maintenance of, for onsite data storage\. Proact will now be used as a co-location provider for additional storage requirements\. A direct award was performed under the NHS SBS DWS Framework Agreement as is permitted\.
