Data Strategy Consultation

Description

Ofcom has a requirement for support to define our Data Strategy. Ofcom has identified Digital and Data as some of the key investment areas to effectively deliver on its regulatory requirements. The strategy will look to develop the data capabilities across four key themes: - People & Community - Governance, Risk & Reporting - Delivery & Workflow - Data Platform Architecture Against all of these themes the data strategy will require clear SMART objectives, with a roadmap of deliverables. The strategy will aim to define the vision and mission for data in Ofcom, as well as key values for the data teams in the way they work.
