## Description

Wiltshire Council has a duty to provide quality accommodation and support to vulnerable young people, including 16- and 17-year olds who are assessed as being Children in Need and those who Leave Care, up to the age of 25\. Wiltshire Council is looking to acquire solo, 2 young people and 3 young people sharing properties and associated support services\. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime \(LTR\) rules \(PCR 2015 74-77\)\. The Council therefore confirms that the LTR OJEU threshold and timescales apply, as does certain flexibilities with regards to the tender selection and award that are specified within this document\.
