The Economic and Housing Development Needs Assessment \(EHDNA\) will identify future economic and housing \(including affordable and specialist housing\) growth needs across the Borough\. The study is a key requirement of the evidence base for the review of the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan \(TWLP\)\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
