Work description

This project will collate data on the use of disinfectants in the UK to identify those substances that are currently used in the UK, the quantities used, use scenarios and potential to reach the water and soil environment. In addition it will review the available science on the potential for exposure to disinfectants to result in selection for resistance and the potential for disinfectants to influence the development of resistance to other antimicrobials, e.g., antibiotics

Additional information: To apply please respond to the attached Invitation to Quote. Email your response and/or questions to Gill.Mountford@environment-agency.gov.uk. Tenders to be received no later than 17:00 on 5th August 2022.
