Additional information: Concurrent with the expiry of the Initial Period, this Agreement may be renewed by the a period of 12 months (the "Renewal Term"). The total contract value including this optional extension period is £81,520.

If, following the execution of the Agreement, if DWP wishes to increase the Permitted Number, DWP has the right to increase the Permitted Number in single blocks of one hundred (100) individual named Users (each, a "Block"), For each additional Block added to the license DWP will pay to the Supplier, an additional amount to the License Fee of GBP £2,038.00 per year.
